What we can sort out straight away
- Recovering a lost gift link: send us the order email address and the certificate number.
- Fixing a typo in a name or a dedication: the certificate is regenerated and the link stays the same.
- Rescheduling a delivery date that has not passed yet.
- Getting the invoice for an order.
If the gift does not work
The certificate and gift page are digital content: if they are unavailable, unreadable or do not match your order, we bring them into conformity free of charge. Failing that, a price reduction or a refund can be obtained (article 7 of the terms of sale).
