Cocoon Nebula
emission nebula, reflection nebula, and dark cloud, in the constellation Cygnus

A finite light: 40,000 shares in all.
Two files, not one: the certificate in high definition for the screen, and an A4 version with print margins, ready to frame.
For this nebula the published archive is smaller than for the others: the certificate medallion renders at 221 dots per inch on A4, which stays sharp in a frame. At very large sizes it loses a little fineness.
Tucked away from the bright lights of Cygnus, a cloud is just beginning to open: gas glowing red, dust reflecting the nearby stars, dark veils sheltering what lies within. The Cocoon wears its name well: something is quietly taking shape there, hidden from view. A gift for the curious, for lovers of half-open doors and patient secrets.
Other lights to give
In the same vein, with the same certificate and the same ceremony.
